New York State Crime Stoppers in cooperation with the City of Newburgh Police Department Police Department is offering a reward of UP TO $2,500 for information leading the solving of this case and/or the whereabouts of Marc Bookal, Age: 4, Black Male, Height: 3' 06", Weighing approx. 42lbs. Marc was last seen at home by a caretaker at approx 1:00pm. A short time later, the front door was found open and the child has not been seen since. He was last seen wearing a red long sleeve shirt, white Nike sneakers and gray Rockawear sweatpants. Marc has a medium length afro and has discolorations from a previous burn injury.
Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the NYS Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-866-313-TIPS (8477). Information must directly lead to the solving of this case or the whereabouts of the missing child. Callers may remain anonymous. There is no caller ID on the hotline phones and callers will not be asked to identify themselves. Callers may come forward if they so choose. We don’t need to know who you are, just what you know. Participants in the crime are not eligible for the reward.
